Get Into The Groove

Man, I feel like I let the people who donated subscriptions to me down. I appeared briefly and then got slammed again. Still not taking any pictures of merit lately. Had a toddler photo shoot today, but work for hire is rarely what you want to be doing artistically, of course.

My 40th birthday is coming up on the 23rd and I have a whole weekend blow-out planned. (Can't wait. SO excited!) Between preparation for that and preparation for the whole family being confirmed in the Catholic church this last week, things have been insane. I scribble on Facebook briefly, but I just don't have the kind of time I need to go through the work of my watch list and keep up with comments at the moment.

I'm hoping May will be relaxed and see a rested Absinthe Bride be able to come back and get caught up and return to featuring work from all the incredible artists she's lucky enough to watch.

Maybe I'll even have some work of my own to post! Wouldn't that be lovely?
